How long will it take for Tarpaulins To Go to deliver my order?


All orders placed are despatched Next Day Delivery. When ordered before 4pm, you will receive your order the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched the following day.

Are Tarpaulins To Go able to deliver your order to a different address?


Yes most certainly.When placing your order you have an option at check out that idicates a different delivery address, please use this option. To save costs we always attach the invoice to your parcel, should you require this to be sent elsewhere please indicate this in the comments box. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your credit card is registered.

The prices stated are applicable for UK mainland only.


All prices quoted are based on delivery to the UK Mainland only. Regretfully we do not offer delivery to any offshore island which includes, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and any other offshore island.

If you live in any of the above areas, delivery charges can be obtained by calling our sales office on 01409 221192. Delivery charges for any offshore island are quoted on a case by case basis and are subject to change based on parcel weight and number of parcels.

What is the latest time of the day you can place an order for next day delivery?


4.00pm via www.tarpaulins-togo.co.uk web site for next day delivery. If you miss this time window please call one of our friendly sales team on 01409 221192 to place your order and they will do thier best to fullfill your order requirements

How can I track my order and contact TarpaulinsToGo?


We can track all orders via our online parcel tracking system and can advise you where your order is at any given time. Please either e-mail us at sales@tarpaulins-togo.co.uk or call 01409 221192 within the hours shown below. Our fax support is manned from 9:00pm to 5.00pm, the number is 01409 221190.
We pride ourselves of being the most competitively priced suppliers of tarps, dust sheets, poly rope, debris netting, scaffold sheeting and accessorries on the web. By saving admin costs we are able to pass the savings on to the customer. This is why we have a limited window of time when you are able to contact us by phone.

How do I know if a product is out of stock?


All orders received via our web site are checked on a hourly basis. One of our sales team will contact you by phone and email if any of the items on your order are out of stock. If we are out of stock of an item you require, we will offer an alternative or advise you when the product will be back in stock.

Can I change or add to an order?


Yes. Please call our friendly customer service team on 01409 221192 and as long as the order has not been shipped we will be happy to help you.

Does Tarpaulins To Go accept all forms of payment?


Most certainly yes; Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, American Express, Google Checkout and Paypal.

How do I return an item?

Faulty Products

All our products are guaranteed free from defect at the time of purchase, however, if you find a fault at the time of opening the product we will replace the item at our cost. Please call one of our customer sales team on 01409 221192 or email sales@tarpaulins-togo.co.uk we will then arrange for the faulty item to to collected by one of our nominated carriers.

Non faulty Items - change of mind.

If any product does not meet your expectations you can return this to the address below. This must be returned at your cost unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please obtain a proof of sending from the carrier. Please note: we charge a 10% restocking charge for returned goods. This will be deducted when we reinburse your credit card.
