Office Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we do have a voicemail facility.

Delivery Service

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible and normally within 5 working days of your order. If for any reason we are out of stock of any item we will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone and advise you  when the item will be back in stock.

 
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

Standard Service (up to 5 working days) £6-00 + vat

Next Day Service (next working day) £10-00 + vat

Next Day before Midday £20-00 + vat

Saturday Delivery £22-00 + vat  

There are a few of our lighter items which if ordered on their own will qualify for a reduced delivery charge as we can post these items through the Royal Mail. These products will incur a post & packing charge of £3-50 (+ vat).
 
The above delivery rates are applicable to the UK mainland only. Any deliveries to offshore islands, including Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles and Channel Islands will incur a surcharge. Please contact our sales office for pricing details.
Deliveries made to the Isle of Wight will incur a £5 surcharge.

For deliveries outside of the British Isles please contact our sales office for delivery prices. 

We use third party carriers to deliver on our behalf. Currently we use City Link & FedEx and any deliveries large enough to be despatched on a pallet will be despatched via the Pall Ex pallet network. All our carriers require a signature on delivery; if nobody is in at the time of delivery our carriers will not leave the goods without prior consent, therefore if you are likely to be out please leave delivery instructions when you order. The general delivery times for our carriers is 8-30 to 5-30.

 

If our carriers cannot successfully deliver the goods to you a card will be left. If after 2 further unsuccessful attempts they still cannot deliver, the goods are then returned to us and a return charge may be levied. Goods which may need re-delivering to a different address to that originally specified will also incur a secondary delivery charge.  As we use 3rd party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of the products ordered, all delivery dates are entered into in good faith but are estimates only.

Cut Off Time

Our deadline for placing an order for Next Day delivery is 3pm. After this time if you require an urgent Next Day delivery please call our sales office on 01409 221192 where we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

 

All orders placed after 3pm will be classified as being received on the next working day. For example, an order placed after 3pm on Friday will then be classified as a Monday order. All orders placed before 3pm will be processed that working day and depending on the shipping service you selected will be delivered within the time frame stipulated.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards, these include; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro/Solo, & Delta.

Products

All product sizes are nominal sizes. Our tarpaulins are cut sizes so expect the finished size of each tarpaulin to be approximately 20-30cms or 2% smaller than that specified. Colours of the products shown, packaging and product specification are liable to change and we cannot always guarantee continuity in supply of any item.

Returns & Exchanges

All our products are guaranteed to be free from any defect at the time of purchase. If any item is found to be faulty we will refund or replace the product without charge.

 
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase please inform us in writing (fax or e-mail is ok) within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange for their return. All goods should be sent to:

Please ensure that your name, contact details and reason for return is sent on a covering note with the goods. Once we have received the goods we will either refund you or offer you a replacement. The goods must be sent to us unused and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. You should ensure there is sufficient outer packaging of the product to ensure safe and secure transit of the goods back to us as the returned product must be as 'new' and in a resaleable condition.
Please note original carriage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or differ from what was advertised.
Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the sender until safely received by us. Tarpaulins To Go do not pay return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty or differ from what was advertised. If you would like us to organise for the goods to be returned please contact us to arrange this, the return carriage costs will be deducted from any refund due.
