Our delivery options are as follows*:
Economy (4-7 working days) - £4.99 +VAT
Standard (3-4 Working Days) - £6.30 +VAT
Express (1-2 Working Days) - £8.00 +VAT (free on orders over £100 +VAT)
Next Working Day by 12pm - from £11 +VAT
Next Working Day by 10:30am - from £18 +VAT
Saturday Delivery - from £15.00 +VAT
*We do not despatch over weekends and bank holidays.
These rates are applicable to England, Wales and industrial Scotland only, on single parcels not exceeding 30kg.
- Courier deliveries to highlands locations and offshore islands (including Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland) will incur a surcharge. Please contact our Sales Office on 01409 221192 for a delivery quote.
- There are some items which, due to their packed dimensions, cannot be sent on a next-working day service. Items exceeding 1m in packed length will not be sent on an express delivery service, as we cannot guarantee a 24 hour delivery time.
Any customers wanting to collect we do have a click and collect service. Please contact us beforehand on 01409 221192.
We reserve the right to contact you in the event of insufficient carriage being paid.
Our Carriers
We use third-party carriers EVRI, DPD, TNT and Fedex for the majority of our deliveries.
Our carriers usually require a signature on delivery; if nobody is in, our carriers will try and deliver to a neighbour or leave goods safe.
The general delivery times are 7:30am to 6:00pm. We cannot offer a guarantee on delivery days or times - all service levels are given in good faith, but are estimates only. No work should be undertaken until the goods have arrived.
If our carriers cannot successfully deliver the goods to you, two further delivery attempts will be made on the following working days. A third and final delivery attempt can be arranged, but this will be chargeable at the original carriage rate.
Delivery addresses can be amended, but may be charged at the original carriage rate.
Order Tracking
Include your email address and/or mobile number when you order, to receive updates via email or text.
There is also the option to rearrange deliveries or to advise of a safe place for goods to be left.

As we use third party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of the products ordered.
If there is a delay to your order your patience and understanding is requested.
*If for any reason we are out of stock of any item we will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone to advise you when the item will be back in stock and suggest any alternatives*
Cut Off Time
Our deadline for placing an order for Next Day delivery is 3pm - for pallets the cut off is 2pm. After this time if you do require an urgent Next Day delivery please call our Sales Office on 01409 221192 where we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Our cut off time for Saturday and Sunday deliveries is 3pm on Friday.
All orders placed after 3pm will be classified as being received on the next working day.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately, we no longer ship internationally. You may arrange a collection from us on your end but please contact us on 01409 221192 beforehand.
Payment Options
We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as PayPal and cheques.
If you are a limited company, please contact our Sales Office where we would be happy to discuss account facilities with you.
If you are a government department, council, school or any other government agency, we can automatically invoice you on a 30 day account. We require an official purchase order with an order number and correct invoicing and delivery details. Orders can be faxed over to 01409 221190, or emailed to sales@tarpaulins-togo.co.uk.
Products/Sample Swatches
We understand that you may want to purchase one of our products for a host of different reasons, and therefore may wish to have a sample swatch of the product before you purchase from us. Please contact our Sales Office or send an e-mail via the Contact Us page requesting sample swatches of the products you are interested in. This will be free of charge.
All product sizes are nominal sizes. Our tarpaulins are cut sizes so you should expect the finished size of each sheet to be approximately 30cms smaller than that specified.
Colours of the products shown, packaging and product specification are liable to change and we cannot always guarantee continuity in supply of any item.
